David became Music Director of Barnes Concert Band in January 2008, and has held the position of Assistant Conductor with Kew Wind Orchestra since the 2005/06 season.
Wind orchestra history
David was the founding Music Director of Southampton University Symphonic Wind Orchestra, spending three seasons with them having formed the ensemble (2001-2004), and occasionally returning for guest conducting work. At the University of Southampton he also served as Assistant Conductor for the Concert Band and the short-lived Music Department Wind Orchestra.
